C-LIEGE - Clean Last Mile Transport and Logistics Management for Smart and Efficient Local Governments in Europe

Project duration: Juni 2011 to Oktober 2013

C-LIEGE is a STEER proposal addressed to the Intelligent Energy Europe Programme 2010. C-LIEGE aims to enhance energy efficiency in cities by integrated demand management in transport and transferability of good practices/lessons learned among EU key players. C-LIEGE aims to set criteria for assessing and improving the sustainability of transport policies promoting energy efficient and cleaner freight movements in urban areas, providing a novel set of integrated solutions and applying a mix of "push& pull" measures to city time slots/space allocation. C-LIEGE will implement and test measures supporting vertical integration among stakeholders at local level, as well as international knowledge exchange actions on relevant good/worst practices among European Administrations. IRPUD will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of impacts. Running time: 2011-2013
